Vagus nerve

Does anybody suffer nausea gastrointestinal problems severe fatigue tremors trouble sleeping headaches? I have a hiatus hernia and think it has damaged my vagus nerve but this is dismissed by any consultants I have seen.

Those symptoms could be attributable to autonomic dysfunction. Have you requested testing specific to autonomic issues, particularly a tilt table test? That would be the next step to addressing whether the ANS is the culprit in your case or not.

Hi..I have autonomic neuropathy and there are a plethora of symptoms that can be consistent and others that pop up,,then go away, etc..your symptoms  are familiar...Have you seen a cardiologist ? (That understands autonomic neuropathy?) I have terrible morning nausea and have been diagnosed by a gastro dr as having IBS but he could not explain the stomach/GI feeling of fullness and nausea and my fatigue, sweating, shortness of breath..I also have sleep apnea. My dysautonomia breakthru ahaaa! Moment came after I had an IV stress test and my cardiologist put it all together culminating in the  word 'dysautonomia'..GI problems go hand in hand with cardio symptoms! I hope this helps..blessings
