advice on severe head pressure and feeling so unwe

Hi. My daughter has a diagnosis of POTS. This ce on shortly after tking meds for autoimmune condition hashimotos. with each day she gets worse although fights hard to avoid being bedridden. the most dibilitating symptom is the pain at the base of her skull and intense pressure. i can clearly see when she is experiencing the pressure as she becomes very grey and complains of feeling very unwell in a way that is hard to describe as it is in her head and not like any other sense of being unwell. we are seeing a neurologist in the uk soon and he has already talked about deconditioning being the cause. seems something more than that as she is a determined individual and does her best to potter about. her muscles are strong and itis worth noting that she has had a crazy growth spurt since on the thryoid replacement. Any advice greatfully recieved as we are in a nasty cycle of her being unwell and told she needs physio however physio have said they will not work with her without neurology seeing her first.
