I'm not sure I fully understand your post, but have you gone to the Langone Dysautonomia Center in NYC?  Were you, or your child diagnosed with a genetic Dysautonomia?

As politely as possible, can I ask you to resubmit your post in the form of sentences so that we can understand what you are stating and what you are asking?  I'm not trying to be offensive whatsoever, I just honestly cannot comprehend what your meaning is from the way you posted it here.

Namely:

What about the center in NY?  Or are you working with Mayo?

What about heart, brain, stomach, pain, nerves, and vomiting, specifically?

Are you saying that you think your child's dysautonomia had a viral onset?  Or are you suspecting FD/Riley-Day due to Ashkenazi Jewish heritage and the severity of the autonomic involvement?  

I would love to offer more support if you could clarify your post.  Thanks!
