for those that know of "The Wiggles" kid's singing group...

My kids are older now but when little they just to just love The Wiggles, well I just found out that Greg, the yellow Wiggle had to quit the group in '06 because of dysautonomia!  Here is his link if interested www.gregpage.com.

(I'm sending the link to my mother in law, she still thinks it's all in my head!  very frustrating when people refuse to understand, it's the same way that she doesn't believe that my girls have severe allergies to dogs and cats, one of my daughters gets eczema and the other asthma, frustrating!)

Anyway just thought it was an interesting to share.

Hey, thanks for the link!  I had no idea he was raising money.  We used this to explain my illness to my nephew, because he was prime Wiggles age when I started getting really sick.  Not that I would wish this on Greg, but when he retired, it made it easier to explain why I no longer gave my nephew wheelbarrow rides or chased him around the back yard.

That is actually the reason my son was diagnosed-because of the Wiggles guy.  My son's psychologist has young children, and she had read about the Wiggles guy and his symptoms.  When my son was talking to her and describing what he was experiencing,  she researched more about what the 'Wiggles' guy had.

The psychologist is the one who recommended we see a cardiologist.  Without her, we would probably still be being dismissed by other doctors.
