I was diagnosed with dysautonomia 12 years ago. Three years ago I began having gastoparesis symptoms. It kept getting worse and worse. I had a gastric pacemaker put in on 8/31/12. It worked great for 6 mos. I could eat whatever I wanted to. It then just suddenly quit working. They adjusted it, and it worked great for 6 wks. This process kept repeating. The next time it lasted for 4 wks, then 1 wk, then 5 days. The last time I had it adjusted, it only lasted for three days. I haven't been able to eat in 6 days. The doctors don't know what to do. Every time it is adjusted, it works great, and then it just stops working. Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing this?
