grumpy person

i wanted to know if any of you get days where you feel really agitated where everything annoys you. i been feeling really hostile the last 2 days where t like i just looking for a fight. i been irrationally angry about stupid things like the noise people make when they eat even though it no worse than usual i actually ad to go out the room so i dont make a scene. i finding it hard not to get angry and then today all i wanted to do is cry  and i dont know why. is it because of the pots and stuff or am i just a grumpy cow. who now given herself a migrane (migraine).  or maybey it cause i been exhasted i was asleep before my 4 year old daughter last night . my dad had to put her to bed i was just that wound up all day i think i made myself worn out.

Sometimes I feel very emotional and will cry all day.  But, it could also be a reaction to the medication.  If it's happening frequently, I would contact your doctor.  Some of the anti-depressants and anxiety meds will cause those reactions and need to be changed.  Read the labels on your medication or look up side effects on the computer.  I had to have one of mine changed because I was so out of control and my emotions were all over the place.  I hope this helps.

Another possible cause could be low blood sugar.  Have you ever had your blood sugar tested?

I notice the grouch syndrome when I have cheated (though ever so slightly) with some caffeine or too much sugar.  We just can't deal with the stimulants normally.
