high heart rate

Hello, I am a 24 yo male, 6'2" 130lbs. I have always been a very active person but my heart rate has always been a bit high 80s at rest and 90s walking. Almost 2 months ago I became very ill and made a short visit to the ER feeling terrible with a heart rate of 150. Because I was outside the day it happened, the emergency department wrote it off as heat exhaustion.  After blood labs, a chest x-ray, ekg, thyroid check and A1c, my pcp finally said that it must have been a virus of some kind. Since then Ive been experiencing occasional PVCs and a standing HR that climbs back into the 120-140s. When I sit back down it drops into the 80s-90s. A couple of weeks ago my pcp put me on a low dose of propranalol. This put at 70s-80s sitting and 100-110 standing. Other than the general drained feeling, other symptoms have been minimal. is this dangerous? Can I exercise? Will it resolve?

Ive been getting hot really easily lately. My bowel movements have been frequent and abnormal. My hands and feet get cold and clamy. I feel very drained while standing and sometimes feel jittery and shaky even while sitting. Although my symptoms seem minor compared to some, it is still very debilitating Im a nursing student at OU right now and have no insurance so money is tight. Im not sure I can afford an autonomic specialist. My pcp is a friend so my visits are free but i pay for the testing. Im not sure if he would know dysautonomia very well.
