pyridostigmine bromide (Mestinon)

I just found out that my neurologist has prescribed pyridostigmine bromide (Mestinon) for my orthostatic hypotension and is having it mailed to me.  Has anyone else used this and with what results?

What is here is very interesting. The neurologist told me the mestinon may or may not help. But if I had poor reactions I could stop it anytime. I have to agree that I have to try it and see what happens. I am tired of doing little or nothing, but always being exhausted, naseuous and in pain.
