tightness

My compression knees are to tight around the back of my knee. What can I do to stretch that part ?

I see you are a senior and putting too much pressure on the popliteal artery that runs at the back of the knee is not good. I recommend (if your doctor approves) you consider full stockings (waist high) and buy a compression stocking donner to help you get them on.
