White tongue and tonsils problem

Ive notice for 2 weeks ive have had both enlarged tonsils with white circle that looks like canker sore. also my tonsils look like it has a hole (kind of look like craters) . my throat has red bumps that has gotten better  . i also have bumps on back of tongue with a white tongue. I can whipe the white stuff from my tounge but the white tongue comes back in the matter of minutes . wired thing about it is that ive barely felt any pain at all . im a heavy pot smoker that smoke tobaco wraps with the weed . can anybody help and tell me what it might be thank you
