A case study? More than 13 years of recurrent throat issues..

Many thanks in advance - A case study?
In short:

- Asthmatic and with rhinitis (Iclean/drain my nose twice a day)
- Smoker for the past 15 yrs. Stopped smoking 2 weeks ago though
- 12 years of recurrent chronic tonsillitis, with a very abusive misuse of antibiotics – now pretty much immune to every type with an exception to Penicillin.
- Followed by several specialists, nothing major found in terms the root cause an the immune system (bacteria is confirmed to be Streptococcus). Did all types of blood tests including for Mono, byopsia, camera down my nose, all types of nose TAC exams, etc.
- Had my tonsils taken out last January as I was having tonsillitis on a biweekly basis. Had a wonderful 6 months with nothing showing up at all and all of the sudden everything came back.
- Now having bi-weekly Pharyngitis that only goes away with Penicillin (injections - 2 will usually do). The back of my throat also eems to have some white mucus on a permanent basis.
