A normal scab in nose just got worse please help

Hi, I've never used this before but I thought it would be a good chance to try it out and give myself some peice of mind, so . I normally get little scabs on the inside of my nose, nothing serious, nothing that didn't heal up, apart from this time around so basically, this 'little' scab and taken up the whole inside of my nose all of the inner of the nostril, it hurts to move my nose, can't breath through it because I feel like I want to pick scab out, but if I flare out my nostrils (I get some relief by Doing this as I feel in breaking the scab apart) there is a white bit of skin and it looks like there is a little hole in the middle, I have no idea what is going on , this has never got this bad before, please help
