ANY advice about my boyfriends nose!!
My boyfriend always sounds like he's sick, he always has his nose full, yet he can't blow anything out..for someone who doesn't know him, they would think he has a cold.. yet he doesnt... Any Idea on what this could be?

I would see an ENT...could have infected sinus cavities. There is a surgery they can go in and scrape all the infection out. They'll put him on antibiotics for 21 days then do a CAT scan to see best case scenario what it looks like in there. good luck. also try sprays like flonase (RX)
