Adderall + Doxylamine succinate up the nose.

Adderall + Doxylamine succinate up the nose.

I'm a stupid 16 year old male, taking Isotretinoin 40MG daily, and adderrall xr 40 mg daily
I got a bunch of 5mg instant release one's adderall (adderrall)'s from the doctor, and I decided to crush them up and snort them. I don't know why but I've been doing this somewhere between 1-2 a week for about 2 months. I have noticed recently that my nose has been very very very dry. I also use, 1-2 a week, doxylamines succinate an OTC sleeping pill that has a 75% bioavalibility via intranasal absorption. I am worried that I am destroying my nose, I looked up it just a few minutes a go and found something that looked like a scab in my right nasal cavity, the septum specifically. I'm kind of scared, for two reasons. A. I could be developing some kind of septum perforation, and B. because doxylamine is the only way I can knock myself out for insomnia. The stuff works great up the nose, only 3mg for it and wait 5 minutes for sleep. How bad am I messing up my nose? I go to the doctor on Tuesday, I don't want to tell him about the adderrall abuse, It is helping, my gpa has risen from 1.8 to 2.5 in the last few weeks.

You are right to be concerned -- you could definitely be causing severe damage to your nose!  You need to face this head-on.  This can't be ignored.  You will be much better off once you get this mess figured out!  It may not be pretty on the way, but the goal is worth it.
