After vomiting daysssss ago, everything smells/tastes like vomit and rotten cheese?????

On Halloween night, I got pretty drunk and the next day I vomited profusely (This is gross, sorry).  I was vomiting so hard that it was coming out of my mouth and nose at the same time.... chunks! (yuck).  

Ever since, I have this horrible odor in my nose that won't go away. It smells like vomit and rotten cheese. I've been reading online about this Sinus Flush, so I tried that... I mixed water/salt/baking soda and inserted in my nostrils bent over.... let it sit a few seconds and let my nose drain. Nothing much came out, just clear mucus.  

I'd think IF it was a sinus infection, there would be nasty green mucus coming out but there is nothing but clear liquid/mucus.  I can't eat, everything smells like vomit/rotten cheese and I want to vomit everything time I take a breath.  I am able to breath just fine, my nasal passages are so clear and I have no allergies... everything just stinks like DEATH.

I am assuming (gross), that there must be some chunks of vomit stuck somewhere and I don't know how to get it out or what to do.  Please help???? Sorry for the disgusting post.

Keep flush out sinuses once is probably not enough to get rid of smell, if not better I would go see your Doctor

Thanks for your reply!  The smell is still there, creeping out of every pore of my body.... so I am starting to think it's not sinus related!  It all happened after a night of binge drinking/vomiting.  I'm reading online it could be liver or kidney issues/etc... I don't know.  This stinks (literally).  I don't have insurance and embarrased to go to the ER saying "I STINK, HELP!!" LOL.  I have some antibiotics here (Cipro), I'll take those for a few days and see if that cures this funk.
