Air from left eye when i blow my nose

WHY WOULD AIR OR TEARS COME FROM MY LEFT TEAR DUCT WHEN I BLOW MY NOSE? I DONT DO DRUGS AND I USED TO HAVE A DRINK A YEAR FOR 3 YEARS. NOT ANYMORE. I DONT KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING, DOES ANYONE? IS IT A PROBLEM OR JUST AN ANNOYANCE THAT I HAVE TO LIVE WITH.

there is a duct for tears to drain into your nose. This duct has a valve so that the drainage goes one way from eye to nose. Sometimes that valve is damaged and blowing too hard will disrupt that valve. Best to avoid blowing hard.

Tear duct drains into your nasal passage increased pressure when you blow your nose causes the air or tear to travel back up the passage.
