Anyone know anything about treating a prolonged bout of Aspergillus(aspergillosis) Niger in the ear?

I've had a not uniquely terrible experience at my local ENT clinic (Sussex County).
Presented myself over 7 months ago with routine infection in left ear. Much incompetent lack of care later Ihave two perforations in left ear and aggressive Aspergillus (aspergillosis) Niger fungal infection in right ear. Was given GENTISONE drops, but now been put on OTOSPORIN drops. Are these useful/dangerous?
Can any UK members recommend any private specialists to contact?
Am also open to alternative therapy suggestions. Am at my wits end ):
