Barometric Pressure and ear pain

I usually have plugged ears all the time! Doctor says it's probably my eustacian tube that cannot drain. Sometimes it gets to the point where it gives me almost a migraine headache and will give me jaw pain. Sometimes it'll lead to ear infections or even sinus infections.
I've noticed lately that before and after thunderstorms or before a rainstorm that I get more pressure in my ears and get the headaches.
I take decongestants and nasal spray but only get short and mild relief.

Anyone have any ways or ideas to help the fullness in my ears?
I see an ENT in October and I'm praying for relief finally after almost 2 years of this.
