Pine nuts anyone?

I had the same symptoms last week and it turns out it was down to a certain variety of pine nut I ate a couple of days beforehand.  All of a sudden everything tastes very bitter for about a week.  I even tested them again (stupidly) and sure enough, two days later everything tastes grim.

I am having the same problem as you are. For the last 3 days I experience a bitter metalic taste in my mouth when not eating. I am visiting a dentist tomorrow for an annual check up and was going to mention it.

Did you find a reason for the taste?
Has it finally stopped?
