Blank Air-soft Gun Shot in Ear

I shot myself in the ear with an unloaded air soft gun and sadly my ear won't stop ringing. I'm afraid I gave myself something irreversible and I'm really scared and crying. At first it was like that sound you get from when you fire something in close corners with a real gun but then it got reduced to a high pitched, low volume hiss/ring. I'm not getting vertigo or anything so......yeah. Please help!
