Blocked nose on one side. Can't move it.

I've had a blocked nose for a week today. Last Wednesday, I went swimming, and during the process, I quickly acquired a blocked nose on both sides. I though I'd caught a cold from somebody there, but was surprised by how quickly the blocked nose materialised.

I didn't acquired any other cold sympmtoms, except maybe having less energy for a day or two, but the the remainder of this period, I didn't feel at all like I had a cold except this blocked nose.

I've tried blowing it and blowing it, Olbas oil inhailing and putting it my pillow, and yesterday started taking Sudafed Phenylephrine congestion relief capsules. My right side became unblocked after a couple of days, but still produced lots of mucus. My left side seemed to produce barely any mucus during the same period, but remained blocked.

Will it just go with a bit more time, like a week or something, or does it seem like I might have to consult a doctor?

One side of your nose is always "congested".  The turbinates on each side of the nose open and close alternately to clean the nose.  You probably just have a cold or acute sinusitis, and most of the problems will probably go away on their own.
