Bloody Mucus from back of my nose

Okay I got this cold or something that started with an annoying tickle or accessive mucus in my throat it feels like where my nose cavity meets my throat. The next day it was a fever and muscle aches but now that is gone but I have this throat thing.

I have been pulling up (not coughing) really dark yellow mucus from this area. Then last night I sneezed and then went to pull the mucus up and there was a substantial amount of blood in it. Everytime I go to basically suck the mucus from this region out thru my mouth I can almost feel like a pulling sensation and the mucus is very thick. I am just concerned with the blood, but only happens when I pull it up from that spot in my throat near my nose. Not coughing and not regular spitting.

Should also note that I do suck mucus from my nose to spit out of my mouth fairly regularly before this but have tried to stop when I got this cold but it just feels blocked for a long period without me doing it.

Oh and btw when I gently suck the mucus from the bad it doesnt do it only when I do it roughly
