Bloody nose for months

1. Every morning, nose is clogged with dried mucous and blood comes out when I blow it.  The blood is from deep inside my nose, not from the nostrils.  I used to bleed from the inside of the nostrils often as a kid, but this is from deep up inside.
2. Every morning, eyes are dried out
3. During the day at work, I often sneeze.  I don't at home.
4. During the day, thick mucous chunks form in the back of my nose/upper throat, which are brownish or yellow when I cough them up, leaving a mild sore throat after they are cleared.

I used a humidifier in my room all winter to try to keep the humidity up, and now the humidity is higher with windows open in summer.  Right now it's 38% according to my wall hygrometer. I've tried using nasal irrigation, and it seems to make it worse?
