Burning, dry throat with post nasal drip

I have burning in my ears along with dry mouth at one point in the last 8 months I had 5 ulcers in the back of my throat my ENT didn't seemd to concered arhhhh,Ive had every test in the book done and im normal the say but they don't live with this pain, I've had fluid in my ear for about 3 weeks now it gone now but now they burn, I can't tell if the burn is from my tonsils/throat or in my ears, I been on antibiotics, nose sprays, diflucan, and nystatin mouth wash and swallow nothing helps.  I had basic blood test done for outdoor allerigies (no) I had a scope done and my esophagus isn't inflamed just my throat, and all of this started while taking prilosec I stopped that and I havent' had heart burn but the Dr, said my breath could burn my throat?I don't know what to do.I've seen 4 diffrent Doctors and im still not better.I read that someone had a fungas infection from mold in the sinus, could I have this and should I stop the maddness of all these antibitoics? This new Dr. wants to try the Antibitoics for 3 weeks, I dont have sinus pain and the drainage I get is clear and very thick and pasty my buggers are white and sticky.Im now using Treelac it's a Probiotic, I will see if that helps.. I did have a white tounge in the begging but that went away with the use of immune booster. it's costy but seemed to help with the possible yeast that may have been on my tounge/throat. I just had another throat culter done and it came back negative for yeast, my gut says this is a fungas infection or could it all be from acid?

How is everyone?   I have had similar.   Did any of you have CoVid?   I did and this came after, long haul CoVid they call it.   Found an answer from my niece who is a nurse practitioner who had this also.  She found the right neurologist.   He said it is the nerves that go to the head.   He gave her a prescription.  She was pain free in 3 days but still has to take it for another month.  She had trigeminal neuralgia    And was treated for neuropathic pain. Drug was Oxcarbazepine.   300 mil.   If you are sensitive to drugs like she and I are you can half the pills. They are scored.   My doctor just prescribed 150ml for me.  Start tonight.

Hello.  I am having to same symptoms that you were having. I am curious to know if you ever found out what was going on, and if you were able to find a successful treatment.  I am having the same symptoms and nothing I do helps.  Anything advice or information you can offer would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

I have the same problem and that food gets stuck in the throat in th eresult of irritation of sinus and throat. My ENT doesn't know what is causing this, I have yet to get allergy tested and I even asked a doctor online for a second opinion and he said to definitely ask ENT for a nasal endoscopy after the allergy test. I haven't been back to the dr. yet because I am not very hopeful he will believe me and try to help me. I recently got mycoplasma in the throat (fungus), I am healed from that but I still have the same old problem with drainage from nose refusing to get out through the nose and gets stuck in between mouth and nose, I end up having to swallow it. My ENT made me try acid reflux med for over a month and honestly I didn't see any results from taking that med, I know what heart burn feels like and I don't believe I have GERD. Let me know if you find a solution to your problem
