COPD effect on labyrinthitis

I have beginning COPD/emphysema and also have a dizziness that seems to be getting worse. Example: while standing, if I close my eyes I lose my balance.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

It may not be related, but please check your oxygen saturation levels. Inadequate oxygenation can cause dizziness. Other causes for these symptoms are inner ear infections; brain disorders heart problems, fever, stress, low blood pressure and anxiety. Please consult your GP who will examine you and may ask for blood tests for evaluating blood sugar and CBC.
