Can someone pls reply to me about a problem with my ear (scared)?

I woke up at 6am today and my ear started to have this low pitch ringing and I started to clean it out and I was getting blood on the q-tips and I was getting really scared so I just tried to keep getting as much blood out as I can and I think I might of busted a bump or whatever u call it. And now today I keep having a really low pitch ringing in my ear but that is loud and I hear a lot less in it and is making me really scared. Also when I rub my ear or try to put a q-tip in or barely touching my ear the ringing gets worse till I put it away from it. Its really scary and before I go to a doctor I was wondering is this normal and if you had the same thing can you tell me what is it.
