Can you have swine flu and sinus infection at the same time?

I had fever, chills, nausea, diahrrea,facial pain, stuffy nose, muscle aches. The chills, nausea and aches were almost unbearable. Was diagnosed with sinus infection. Also had just given myself Humira injection. I belive the sinus infection part, but is it possible that I might also have h1n1-I work with pre-schoolers and it's been going around.

There is certainly no reason why you cannot have both.  I would tend to doubt the sinus infection part, if anything.  Most of those symptoms are not typically seen with (pure) sinus infections, and you didn't mentioned purulent nasal secretions.
