Choked on Hot Food Burnt esophagus

I was eating a dumpling that was real hot, I didnt chew enough and it got stuck in my throat. It was real hot I was choking on it and must have been in my throat for close to 10 seconds before I forced myself to swallow. Now, It really really hurts to swallow. I do not know what to do to treat this. Should I go to Emergency Room? It feels as if I am swallowing a razor blade. Real sharp pain everytime I swallow. Can someone please help or suggest something to me? This is the worst feeling in the world.
