Chronic Sinus Infections

I have suffered my whole life with sinus problems, started out with horrible snoring, as I got older I would get sinus infections like every two weeks, and now it seems to have gone into my throat, for the past year now every couple of weeks i get white spots on my tonsils and the back of my throat, tired of medicines and drs. I have had sinus surgery twice. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you may have Candidiasis.

Try looking this up as there are diets to help treat this  issue.  Also I would highly recommend avoiding surgery as many people with Sinus surgery get worse.

There are fungal treatments as well nasal irrigation that seem to help a great deal.  Good luck!
