Chronic Sinus???? Please Help!

About 2 weeks ago, I started to have headaches, ear and eye pressure with heart palpitations and vision problems. I went to the ER and got a CAT scan done to see what was goin on inside my head and the doctor said i have chronic sinuses. Right I found that out, I started gettin a runny nose with a scratchy throat. The headaches started to go away. Right after my nose cleared up I started having stomach aches when i wake up and trouble breathing, minor watery eyes with mild eye and ear pressue(it isn't as bad as it used to be). It seems like one of my nasal passages is clear and the other one is still stuffed without any mucus or anything. I dont have a fever, I dont even cough, I dont have the headaches like I used to, I dont feel weak or anything. I go to the gym and workout and run. I'm very healthy. Right now i have stomach aches  and trouble breathing. I have a appointment with the doctor on thursday but I'm very tempted to go to the ER. Anybody have a idea what can this be???
