Chronic stuffed nose

Hello everyone!!

I have had a constant stuffed nose for over a year now, maybe longer but I cannot remember. I have grass pollen allergy, but in that season my nose seems to be more runny and sneezing. Out of this season, my nose is almost completely stuffed. This is a problem because I get dry mouth always breathing through my open mouth. Also, I take a few drugs (mainly Budesonide for mild acute breathing problems) through my nose, and I think I'm not receiving them optimally considering I can barely sniff them up my nose.

Any ideas? :)

hi i also have nasal congestion well i think its that i sneeze alot. in the mornings my nose is all stuffy i am tired alot. i have blocked ears i think i can here out off them but i yawn sometimes and they pop and i can here everythin clearly then they seem to block again, i am very flemmy have been for ages i had a slight chest infection couple months ago took antibiotics and it cleared, but still got probs with ears and if i put 1 finger over one nostril i can breath in out on but then if i swop sides it makes a funny nose then threw out the day it will swop sides. i have adry cough every now and then not all the time i have been takin gaviscon for my heartburn which clears and i can get a good night sleep. but i also have pcos i am on metformin for this but have stopped am waiting for a lap and dye test now so not sure if this is all linked to the same thing ? i feel good in myself though so not overly concerened not sure if i have a allergy or suffer from hayfever has i have never had it. never been tested foe asthma either.
