Constant blood in nasal dripping

A couple of days ago I woke up to a minor nosebleed, recovering from some kind of unidentified illness involving a sore throat, a lot of coughing and lots of nasal drainage I didn't think much of it, but since then I've been getting orangish-brown blood tinged and blood streaked mucus constantly throughout the day.  At first coming through the nose, now blood only appearing in post-nasal drip. How concerned should I be about this seemingly constant (though minor?) nasal bleeding.
