I believe I answered you privately, but the information may be useful to others, so I'll repeat it here.
Other causes include digital trauma (nose picking), other accidents/trauma, a complication of previous septoplasty and rare diseases (Wegener's Granulomatosis, for example).

There is just one more thing, which other reasons could cause the septal perforation I might have in my nose bone besides cocaine.
Some people's noses are permanently damaged from cocaine abuse (septal perforation is the classic example). You may not have any damage, however. If you do have damage, there would be no way to PROVE that it came from cocaine abuse. They may suspect it, but that's all that could be done.
