Continued Ear Popping

I have had popping in my ears since I went to a concert in May.  There is increased ringing in my ears.  My ENT said it was Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and that my left ear was retracted.  After months of visits and tests - hearing normal - the retraction corrected itself, but the popping has continued.  In September he suggested I had TMJ.  After 2 months of treatment by a specialist, my ears still pop and I get a feeling of dripping or fluttering even though every doctor I've seen says there is no fluid.  I got a second opinion which basically agreed that it was ETD and I was doing everything I can to treat it.  My question is could there be something else causing the popping and fluttering?  Could this be related to noise exposure from the concert.  My ENT said it would cause the ringing but nothing else.  I am at  a loss as to how to treat these other annoying symptoms.  Can anyone help?
