Continuous Cough

I have brought my daughter for several check up with her doctor. I have asked why she continuously coughs.The doctor said it is more on allergy becomes when she checked everything looked clear. I was given cingulair for her maintenance taking once every night. She was also given an inhaler as needed and nose spray. This all began when she was 2 yrs. old. Now at 3 1/2 still suffering with this problem and just recently as she tends to vomit when coughing too much...her vomit had blood and her right nose side was bleeding. This happened when she vomited and sneezed! I got scared and I'm worried even though per nurse its ok bec she is not running a fever nor unconscious.
I need a better answer...please help

It may be allergy. One should also think about worm infestation a well. Has she been dewormed?

If deworming too doesn't bring relief (wait for two weeks), consult an ENT specialist. He can look into the nose and throat area to see if something has been missed.
