Hi I have been suffering from recurring vertigo attacks for the last 4 years with tinnitus andhave recently had a decrease in hearing. 4 months ago I was diagnosed wit meniere's disease and am really struggling to cope. Anyone have any tips on how to manage day to day life. I am at college and am finding it difficult to explain to people what I am going through

I have read a few things and one was to quit caffeine. My  31 year old son was just diagnosed with Menderes disease and this is the main one he couldn't stand, he drinks a lot of caffeine.
