Could food allergens have a stomach bloating effect?

I have itchy skin, ears, eyes, hair, you name it. My doctor has given me REACTINE but I find it makes me dizzy and life is not lived to it's fullest.
Could a food allergen cause bloating? It seems right after I eat, my stomach bloats a lot and it feels uncomfortable.
Went to an allergist for the common tests and I was not allergic to them. I am at a standstill, so my next move is! I don't know.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
