Could this be sinusitis?

I have been feeling this for 2 days now.  

I have tonsilitis.  I also have a headache especially when I wake up during the morning.  I feel the pain on my temple.  Also, when I wake up, I feel this sort of like a phlegm, and when I spit it out it's color is green.  There was one time when its color was green with dark red/dried up blood color. But that was only one time.

I don't have a fever though but I often feel feverish.

What can I do to or take to make me feel better?

Please help me out, I can't function normally because of this.

Oh yeah, I forgot that I also have a slight cough and slight pain on my lower back.

Do you guys think all of this is connected or something?

Please, anyone, help me out.  I'm really worried.
