Deviated Septum and Turbinates Picture
I recently went to an ENT.  He took a look at my nose and recommended surgery for a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates.  Is there an expert here that can look at my picture and recommend whether they think I should have the surgery?  I just want a second opinion before I commit to something like this.  Thanks!!!

Hi,try to avoid having turbinate resection as this can lead to other major problems like ENS
which you definitely dont want.Research for alternatives first.Heres a link to some info on ENS from someone who has written a book on the subject:

Theres also a website with a forum setup by people with ENS.If you google 'empty nose association' you should find it.
