Dissiness constant for months. Inner ear? Help

I have had constant dizziness for 3 months now been to the emergency room they admitted me for 4 days nothing seems to work I'm guessing this is an inner ear problem I had tubes when I was a kid anyone have any ideas what could cause all this dizziness it seems to be coming from my ears any help is appreciated. Tags. Constant dizzy. Constant spinning. Life is very hard. Also blacking out.

I wanted to ad that this spinning and constAnt dizzy makes me black out and also when i lookan an object likd stripes...its moving and makes my symtoms worsen, any help is appreciated.
