I had a severe bout of vertigo that lasted 2 days back in 2001. I have never felt right since. I have a lightheadedness/dizzy feeling all the time. Been to every dr and had all kinds of ENT testing done. Nothing has helped. This was the second time I had vertigo. The first was in 1996. It lasted 2 days then also and I didn't feel right afterwards until about 14 months later. Then I was back to normal. It has been terrible this time around. I don't want to live like this forever. Can anyone help??
I can relate to this problem. I suffered from a severe bout of dizziness about 4 years ago. Vestibular rehab did not work. It was terrible for a month. Then I recovered slowly. But I have not felt right since ten. I suffer from dizzinness every now and then. There are moments when I feel perfectly fine - then it comes again - causing anxiety. I find reading and concentrating very hard. Homeopathic tabs "Vertigoheel" seem to provide some relief. Smell of mint oil also eases it a bit. Please try. I wish you the best.
