Dizziness for 2 weeks

I am 36 yr old male.

The problem started 2 weeks back. While driving to Office felt dizziness.  
Had high BP and therefore was asked to take Stamlo-beta. Have been taking this for 10 days now and BP is in control.

But a Head squezzing/dizziness feeling comes back automatically everytime i walk for some time. The feeling is like blood trying to force itself in head. There is not persistent headache.

The longer i walk the worse it gets. While resting & Sleeping i have no problem at all.

Following test have been done
Echo Cardio, MRI, ECG were ok.
Kidney fn - ok  
Liver- Other conditions are fatty liver and SGPT value - 45
Eye- Left eye has problem since 1990 and have started wearing specs for working on computer.

ENT Specialist
- There is a polyp and inflammation of soft tissue in maxillary and ethmoid sinuses.
has prescribed
betnesol forte, Vozet - Levocetrizine Tablets & Rantac.   Have been taking this for a week. There was very minor improvement on Dizziness for 1-2 days but head squezzing problem remains(when walking )


Today, i have been started on Vertin,  franxit & Happi-d. Am i suffering from vertigo ? Please advice
