Dizziness

My 36 year old son has severe ear balance symptoms since 7-8 years. He is dizzy walking, moving his head etc. He has seen a number of doctors (ENT and others) specialists with no resolution of the problem. One of the doctors said that he has severe Meneire's disease symptoms. His ears are also very sensitive to sound. A couple of years ago his ear balance started to get affected by his food intake. His eating became very slow. He would take a bite and wait till the dizziness went away to take the next bite. He went severely anorexic and ended up in a hospital (s) for six months. The hospital put in a PEG tube. First he ate half with the tube and half thru the mouth. He is now out of the hospital but now feeds (Isosource 1.5) entirely thru the tube. The dizziness with any movement of the head continues. If he tries to eat anything it is worse. How do we resolve this problem?
