Do I have thrush? picture and explanation inside.

I had UPPP surgery and a sliding genioplasty on 27th of May. Last Wednesday.

The UPPP, included removing my tonsils and my uvula. The first 5 or so days were extremely bad and I ended up very dehydrated, in a lot of pain, and at the end of those 5 days in the ER. Anyways, now that all of that pain has subsided enough that the pain meds are working and I'm hydrated. I started being able to brush my teeth and noticed my tongue. I scraped it off a bit, but it started to bleed. I also try to brush it with my toothbrush but it doesn't help much and causes quite a bit of pain. I'm trying to make an app with a doctor, but I'm in the military and sometimes it takes a few weeks to get one. Anybody know if this is thrush and what I can do about it while I wait on my appointment?

I'm taking the antibiotic clindamycin. 3 pills 3x a day
