Do I need more antibiotics? Help!

Last Tuesday I went to the doctor with a severe sore throat. He took one look at it, said it was strep and gave me a prescription for amoxacillin. I was taking two 500 milligram tablets, 3 times a day. I was on it for ten days. I took my final dose about two hours ago. After about day 3 all the pain went away. Last night before bed my left tonsil got slightly sore. This morning it was still a little sore, and when I looked at my throat, I noticed the tiniest amount of white on my right tonsil and then some behind my tonsil. Will this go away,or do I need to see the doctor and get on another antibiotic asap?

While I can't connect the "dots" I think you should call the doctor and tell them what is happening - it doesn't look right to me.
