Dust mites allergies, Breathelessness

I am allergic to dustmites [diagonised in 1999 in London and again had a test in May 2009 and confirmed allergic to dustmites].   Asthematic patient in childhood but not now for the last 25 years or so.  Some time feel breathelessness.  I play cricket and lasted until more than 20 over [opening batsman] never felt breatheless.  I also played badminton/ TT while I was in Thimphu (Bhutan), 2002-2006 but not felt breatheless always, except a few times, though Thimphu is at high altitude. I take asthalin (Salbutamol) only one puff when feel less breath [not daily] but when it is dysponea take one puff for two-three days four five times (usually happened during weather change).  I noticed that whenever I take a puff of asthalin inhaler, I immediately pass the gas.  I just want to know the reason of it.  Should I consult to gastric specialist.  I am also suffering from sinusitis, CT scan report confirmed, which was done in August 2009.  For the last three/ four months I am frequently feeling blockage of nose [particularly left nostril].  I also noticed whenever i wet in rain, i immediately got cough, cold and blockage of left nostril, which irritates a lot. Whenever there is a severe smell of perfume/ burning of plastic/ smoke or any smell immediately feel breathelessness and chocking. Now for the last 10 days or so I am feeling pain in the left side of nostril and throat and consulted the ENT who examined and told nothing is wrong.  Frequently, I suffer from sore throat which irritates a lot.  I am taking the following medicines: Steronase Nasal Spray AQ 55 micrograms/dose; Aerius Desloratadine 5mg tab for dust mites allergy.  Also took Qvar 100 autohaler Beclometasone Dipropionate for one month and quit as feeling better.  I am very fed up.  I want to know how long i have to take the medicines and when i will get rid of this throat problem. Kindly advise
