Dysphagia and bloody sputum

Symptoms:

Throat pain and dysphagia immediately after partial valsalva. ie. blowing nose, clearing throat.

Increasing choking, when I drink fluids I get a feeling of "going down the wrong hole."

Consistent feeling of fluid in throat, alwasy feelign as if i have something to cough up.

When I wake up in the morning I have blood tinged sputum.

When I physically move my trachea horizontally there is a clicking or pupping sound.


Past Hx.
Family:
Bone cancer, emphysema.

Personal:
Hypertension -Avrg (150's/90's)
Chronic acid reflux


Age: 25
Wt: 245
Ht: 5'11"
Sex: Male
Ethnicity: White / Non-hispanic

I would go to a doctor , bloody sputum does not sound all that good.
