Ear Infection i think

here is my situation ive been ill for about a week
chucking up flem (phlegm),coughing weezy chest,no sence of smell,and lthis morning decided to get worse woke up writhing in agony from an ear ache,5 hours it took to stop now i have a muffled sence of hearing in one ear.
i smoke marijuana (saying this because im thinking its a cause)

The irony here is that some people use marijuana to treat their pain...Anyway, yes, you may very well have an ear infection.  In the overwhelming majority of cases, acute ear infections resolve on their own over several days to a week - with or without antibiotics.
