Ear Plugs

I have a huge sensitivity to noise where it is extreme. I use a fan at night plus a tv to block noise. I used to wear ear plugs which were the wax kind but kept getting ear infections so quit. My noise sensitivity has increased where it almost hurts even general noise and causes extreme anxiety. I want to try ear plugs again but not the wax kind and I was wondering if there are any suggestions. I have used foam kind before and they don't seem to work well. Is there a specific brand or any suggestions? Thank you

Sorry to hear that. I hope you get things figured out. Another avenue to check for connections is if you are on medications, research them really well.

Thank you for that site. I have a lot of health problems related to the nerves and though none of my doctors see a connection with my ears and I also have eye problems I feel there is. It is getting worse over time too and really impacts my life to an extreme. Thanks again
