Ear Problem

The middle ear space is connected to the back of throat and can be involved in upper respiratory infections.  The usually presents are you are describing, with a sensation of it being "plugged up" or feeling "full".  Antibiotics are generally not required for this, as this is usually not an ear infection, rather ear inflammation.  These generally clear with time.  There is no specific medicine (over the counter or prescription) that works well.
